2017 Margaux, Chateau du Tertre (Php 3,000) Chateau du Tertre is a 1,000-year-old estate with a 52-hectare vineyard that has been untouched since 1855. Chateau du Tertre wines gained international acclaim throughout the nineteenth century, owing to the 1855 classification that designated the Chateau as a Margaux Grand Cru Classe. Read more

 

 

2018 Pauillac, Chateau Lynch-Bages (Php 3,000) The Lynch-Bages vineyards are located on the Bages plateau, one of the best gravelly rises in the appellation, which overlooks the Gironde estuary at the entrance to Pauillac. The mansion was originally owned by the famed Lynch family of Irish ancestry until being purchased by Jean-Charles Cazes in 1934. Read more

 

 

2018 St Emilion, Chateau Simard (Php 3,000) Chateau Simard is located on the southern slopes of the old town of Saint Emilion close to many of the first growths. Simard is a very well-tended vineyard with excellent exposure in the 'right bank' commune in Bordeaux. Chateau Simard produces 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. Read more

 

 

2017 St Julien, Chateau Léoville Las Cases (Php 3,000) In the Medoc area of France, Chateau Leoville Las Cases is one of the largest and oldest designated growths. 2015 Barolo, Giovanni Rosso (Php 3,000) The Rosso family has been farming vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba since the 1890s, specializing in the Crus of Cerretta, La Serra, Broglio, Meriame, Sorano, Costa Bella, Lirano, and Damiano. Giovanni Rosso renovated the vineyards in the early 1980s with the goal of cultivating the greatest fruit. Read more

 

 

2018 Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Amézola de la Mora (Php 960) Bodegas Amezola de la Mora is one of Rioja's oldest and greatest wine estates, dating back to the mid-nineteenth century. This estate, which was restored in the early 1980s by the colorful Iigo Amezola de la Mora, is unique (for Rioja) in that it owns all of its vineyards. Read more
