Managed by passionate organic advocates, Antoine Gouffier and his wife Ilse Nel, Domaine du Bouchot is a small vineyard situated in St. Andelain in the southern region of Pouilly Fumé. They were the pioneers in the appellation to achieve organic certification and have been practicing biodynamic methods in their vineyards and winery since 2008.
