Sake
Established in 1830, Ishikawa Sake Brewery is home to numerous historic buildings that have preserved their traditional charm. In 2012, 15 of these structures—including the main brewery building—were officially recognized as national tangible cultural properties. The brewery features a two-story wooden storehouse, and sake production continues in a serene, time-honored setting.
