2019 St Julien by Château Léoville Las Cases

Our Saint-Julien comes from young vines at Château Léoville Las Cases. This is one of the finest sites in the Médoc for Cabernet Sauvignon, which makes up 66% of the blend. There is a delicately perfumed nose of pure blackcurrant, with a hint of raspberry leaf and cedar spice.The palate is powerful yet juicy; a core of acidity counterbalances the intensity of the blackberries and black cherries. This is refined and impeccably balanced.
