Deep, medium ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full, attractive with bright aromas of plums, cherries interweave vanilla and subtle toasted spice. Medium-bodied, ripe plums, raspberries enriched by vanilla, caramelized oak spiced, and black pepper lingered and lifted the finish. The fruit is lush and generous, broadened by toasty oak elements. Supple tannin added a silky veil to the palate, pausing with sweet spices to a comforting finish. This cheerful Pinot Noir possesses sweet, ripe flavours of cherry and plum, elevated by vanilla and barrel details.
