2008 Jamaica Monymusk, 14 year-old, 54.5%

Earthy with traces of noisette and dark toffee. Expressive. There is a slight saltiness and yellow fruits seeping through progressively to become dominant. Some dry oakiness balances the sweet banana and melon notes nicely. Lively and fruit driven with the sweet fruitiness controlling the oak. There is a nice balance and layered progression as the earthier notes gather to give grip.
