2006 Panama Rum, 15 year-old, 55.7%

Spiced but thankfully not spiced, there is a hint of cinnamon subdued by custard, a little pear juice acidity, perhaps some peach. Full on, stinging peach and even strawberry dulled by some vanilla. Quite intense and wonderfully wacky. Sticky and fruity with a little cinnamon farewell.
