The first white from Albillo de la Ribera del Duero. Very light straw color, due to resistance to oxidative processes. Fruity aroma with a background of pineapple and grapefruit, typical of the Albillo variety. Balanced on the palate with a slight acidity. Serve very cold at 8oC.
