2009 Ardmore, 12 year-old, 57.1%

Ardmore signature earthy peat aromas mingle with understated rich fruit, spent fireworks, clove rock and lime zest to form an exceptionally enticing nose. The palate is chewy and wonderfully balanced with the turf like peat character feeling very gentle, especially with a little water added. More earthy, fruit notes appear on the palate with grilled lime, cedar wood and hessian.
