2021 DuMOL, Meteor Cabernet Sauvignon

Rising perfumed aromas of lilac and crushed stone. Inky blue and black fruits, black tea, and sweet tobacco. The palate is lithe, lively and long with vivid, jet-black fruits at its core. A vein of gravelly minerals permeates the entire length of the wine - sleek, focused and intense. Tannins are deep and layered and drive the wine forward to a finish of licorice and incense. A wine of incredible purity
and poise. Drink between 2024 and 2036 and decant for an hour+ before serving.
