Berry Bros. & RuddNews
Farmyard moist straw. Raisin like bitter sweet notes, digestive biscuits, a hint of Marmite. Difficult to pin the fruit down but most akin to quince or prune. Custard tart comes to mind. Juicy and malty to begin. There is still a farmyard quality. The fruits come through in glimpses, some summer and some more autumnal but quince is the standout. Long and malty to the last. Great depth and charm. Unique but embracing
