2012 Lieu-Dit "Les Epinettes" Grand Cru, Blanc De Noirs, Extra Brut

This blanc de noirs is a pure and chiselled celebration of Pinot Noir, from a Grand Cru village. Both the nose and palate are filled with notes of hay smoke, musk, and bursts of wild raspberry. The foam is fine, with a firmly mineral, defined, and long finish.
