2021 Berry Bros. & Rudd ST EMILION by Château Simard

It is a blend of Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Franc (35%), with smaller proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The nose has subtle notes of sweet spice and violet. Soft tannins and bright acidity on the finish accompany red cherry and ripe raspberry notes. This wine has a lovely delicacy and freshness, which, being from a lighter vintage, is a delight to drink now.
