Sake 101: Tutored Tasting

A new year often comes with new beginnings, and as we entered the second month of 2025, we officially held our first-ever Sake 101. It was an introductory class to the art of sake, where participants were taught the history, etiquette, and foundation of this long-established drink from Japan.

Having our own sake portfolio which was launched in the later months of 2024, this was an exciting opportunity to re-introduce the sake line by featuring bottles from Sharaku.

It was an afternoon that reflected the meticulous and unique process of making sake. Not only is it a drink to enjoy, but also a symbol of tradition passed down through centuries and perfected through meaningful practices.
