2021 Gavi di Gavi, Roberto Sarotto (Berry's Own Selection)

Our Own Selection Gavi is made for us by the Sarotto family in the Comune di Gavi. The 2021 vintage particularly suited the fresh Cortese grape, grown here on mineral-rich white soils. This is delicate and finessed, with bright aromas of spring flowers, lemon peel and peach and a refreshingly mineral finish. Complex and energetic, this is a quintessential Northern Italian white. Enjoy it with seafood or asparagus dishes. Drink 2022-2026
