Vincent only uses indigenous yeasts. He makes and ages this wine in 400-litre barrels and foudres, with no new oak. This allows the crisp green-apple fruit to express itself. The result is a wine which is fresh, precise and invigorating, with fresh Granny Smith fruit, and the chalky, mouth-watering finish that comes from Chenin grown on limestone. Drink now to 2027.
