The pale-yellow color with golden reflections offers an enchanting effervescence. Intense declining nose delicate scents of heady flowers and white peaches with a hint of honey. Stuffy with airy effervescence, fresh with citrus aromas for a very harmonious finish and a rare persistence. Serve chilled at 7-8°. To taste the long meal accompanied by a fish with cream, cheese or even delicate white meats, such as poultry with its coconut sauce for example.
