2008 Champagne Fleury, Bolero Extra Brut

At sight it appears bright straw yellow, has a subtle and persistent perlage that brings out notes of ripe yellow pulp fruit, white flowers and dry pastries, with salty puffs of algae and iodine. On the palate it is mineral, fresh, savory without neglecting the sweetness of the fruit.
