2018 Domaine Amelie & Charles Sparr, Gewurtztraminer 'Intuition'

Gewurztraminer AOP "Intuition" is produced with grapes harvested in the organically grown vineyard located near the village of Sigolsheim, characterized by a stony soil. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in contact with the noble lees. Intended for lovers of intense and full-bodied whites.

Bright golden yellow, it gives the nose intense aromas of exotic fruit, lychee and oriental spices. Full-bodied, warm and persuasive in taste, where it reveals an aromatic persistence out of the ordinary.
